A refreshing, eye-catching drink, bursting with orange flavor.

CITRUS CREAM

Orange sherbet

Pink grapefruit juice

Can of mandarin orange segments (with juice)

Citrus Cream: Process first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth. Makes 3 1/2 cups (875 mL) cream.

Divide and measure gin and grenadine into 4 chilled small glasses. Pour Citrus Cream over top of each.

Garnish each with lime slice. Serves 4.
